Your peace of mind matters. Every Divan Bed Set and Ottoman Base comes with strong warranty protection, covering faults in materials or workmanship for up to 2 years.
📌 Warranty Periods
- 2-Year Warranty – Divan Bases & Ottoman Bases
- 2-Year Warranty – Divan Bed Sets (Base + Headboard)
- 1-Year Warranty – Mattresses
All new goods also include a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee. Full details are available upon request.
🛏️ What the Warranty Covers
Your warranty protects you against defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship. If any covered product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will provide:
- ✔️ Free repair, or
- ✔️ Free replacement (like-for-like or closest current equivalent)
The warranty applies to Divan and Ottoman sets used appropriately in a domestic environment.
📝 Warranty Conditions
1. Making a Claim
If you believe your item has developed a fault, please contact our customer service team. All claims must be submitted in writing or by email and must include proof of purchase.
2. Product Care Requirements
- A mattress must always be used with a mattress protector.
- The product must be rotated/turned as recommended by the manufacturer.
- The item must not be soiled, stained, or unhygienic at the time of inspection.
3. Collection & Inspection
We may arrange collection of the item for inspection. Items must be suitably packaged and hygienic—carriers may refuse collection if these conditions are not met.
In certain situations, collection charges may require prepayment. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, repair or replacement will be arranged.
⚠️ When the Warranty Does Not Apply
The warranty will not cover products that have been:
- ❌ Stained, soiled, or unhygienic
- ❌ Damaged accidentally after delivery
- ❌ Used incorrectly, jumped on, or subjected to excessive force
- ❌ Used with a non-compatible base or mattress
- ❌ Bent or folded in a way that damages springs or internal structures
- ❌ Used in a commercial environment
🔄 Replacement Process
If your warranty claim is approved:
- We will arrange delivery of a repaired or replacement item.
- You may choose a different product from the current range if preferred.
- If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be payable by you.
- Collection of the original item may incur charges depending on the circumstances.
First-Year Full Cover: During the first 12 months, repair or replacement is fully covered for qualifying faults.
After One Year: Replacement options remain available, though
