We aim to provide a fast, reliable and stress-free delivery service for all Divan Bed Sets, Ottoman Beds and Mattresses. Delivery times depend on your postcode, but most customers receive their order within 7 working days.
📦 Delivery Process
- Your order is placed.
- Your items are passed to our UK manufacturing partners.
- Items are booked into our logistics system.
- A delivery route is scheduled based on your postcode.
- Our delivery partners will contact you to arrange your delivery slot.
You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe shortly after ordering. A confirmed time window is sent 24–48 hours before delivery. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so the transport team can reach you.

🏡 Delivery Services
- Standard Delivery (Free) – Delivered to the front door or communal entrance for flats.
- Room of Choice – £49.99 – Carried to any room of your choice by our 2-man team.
- Assembly Service – £89.99 – Room of choice delivery plus full bed assembly.
Assembly includes attaching the headboard, joining base sections and fitting feet. All you need is a screwdriver for any final adjustments.
❓ Delivery FAQs
Can I delay delivery?
Yes. If you’re moving home or decorating, we can hold your order. Leave a note at checkout or email us with your order number.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
We can’t guarantee a date, but we always try to accommodate preferred days where possible. Email us after ordering to discuss your schedule.
How are divan beds delivered?
Bases (except single size) arrive in 2 halves for easy access. Headboard and mattress arrive separately.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver between 7am–7pm, 7 days a week. Drivers provide a 30-minute notice call before arrival.
Should I dispose of my old bed?
We recommend waiting until your new bed has arrived safely.
📦 Delivery Attendance Requirements
- A person aged 18+ must be present unless you provide written authorisation for a neighbour or safe place.
- Room of Choice, Assembly and Removal services require someone to be home.
- If no one is available, a rebooking fee may apply.
🚫 Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails because no one was available, access was blocked, or a safe place wasn’t pre-authorised, the courier will return items to the depot. A redelivery fee may apply.
🔄 Rescheduling
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates. Couriers sometimes reschedule due to traffic, routing changes or capacity. We will inform you immediately and arrange the next available slot.
📷 Damaged Goods or Missing Parts
Damage in transit is extremely rare, but if it happens, please email us within 5 days with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will send replacement parts or arrange an exchange at no cost. This does not affect your warranty.
⚖️ Compensation Policy
We do not offer compensation for missed work, inconvenience, or temporary sleeping arrangements due to delivery delays or rescheduled slots. Customers must ensure someone can receive the goods.
📜 If We Make an Error
If the wrong item is delivered or an item is clearly damaged due to our handling, we will resolve this promptly through repair, replacement, or refund.
Any goodwill gestures are discretionary and do not admit liability.
