We understand that circumstances can change. This guide explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for our Divan Bed Sets, Ottomans, Headboards and Mattresses. Our policies are transparent, fair, and designed to protect both our customers and our team.
🛑 Cancellations
Same-Day Cancellation:
You may cancel your order on the same day it is placed without any penalty.
Cancellations After the Order Date:
Cancellations made after the day of purchase will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This covers administrative costs, labour, materials, and production time, as every bed is made-to-order.
Cancellations on Delivery Day:
Cancellations on the scheduled delivery day are not permitted. At this stage, logistics, handling, and staffing costs have already been committed.
📦 Returns After Delivery (Online Orders)
You have 14 days from your delivery date to return any unused and unopened items.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all “change of mind” returns. This fee covers costs associated with:
- Manufacturing
- Repackaging
- Labour & transport handling
- Admin & operational time
There is also a collection fee of £49.99 per item (fee may vary depending on location).
Common reasons classed as “change of mind” include:
- You no longer want the item
- The item doesn’t fit your space or staircase
- You’re unhappy with the appearance or fabric
- Any reason not related to a manufacturing defect
🧰 Return Guide
1. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, returns and replacements are free of charge. Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue.
2. Change of Mind Returns
For non-defective items returned within 14 days:
- 20% restocking charge applies
- Collection fee of £49.99 per item (may vary depending on location)
3. Goods Care
You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are collected. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging.
💷 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once returned goods have been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your bank account.
